CMP No.22142 of 2025 This application has been moved in a decided matter i.e. CWP No.13188 of 2025. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to correct the name of Jail, in which, the applicant is presently lodged. According to the applicant, he has inadvertently mentioned, in the petition, that the petitioner-applicant is lodged in Model Central Jail, Nahan, as such, in the judgment/order dated 03.09.2025, the applicant has been recorded to have been lodged in Model Central Jail, Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P., whereas, he is now lodged in District Jail, Mandi. In view of the said fact, a prayer has been made to correct the name of the Jail. The application is formal in nature, as such, the same is considered and allowed. Consequently, in para-18 (ii) and (iii) and para-20 of the judgment/order dated 03.09.2025, instead of ‘Model Central Jail, Nahan, District Sirmaur’, the name of the Jail be read as ‘District Jail, Mandi, H.P.’ Registry to carry out necessary corrections.
