The dispute in the instant petition relates only to award of compensation in respect of the superstructure existing over the acquired land. 2. In the fresh instructions furnished by the Competent Authority, in paragraph '4', it is stated that the exercise for valuation of the superstructure was duly undertaken and as per recent report of Junior Engineer dated 11.03.2025, an award has been declared for a sum of Rs. 5,54,628/- including solatium. Out of the said amount, the petitioner is entitled to sum of Rs. 95,589.76/- as per her share. 3. In view of the above stand we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the said amount shall be paid to the petitioner within four weeks without prejudice to her rights to challenge the award.
