At Present Working As Awaiting Posting Orders, Directorate, Jaipur (Raj.) ----Petitioner Versus 1. Rajasthan State, Through Principal Secretary, Medical And Health Services, Rajasthan, Jaipur. 2. The Director, Medical And Health Services, Rajasthan, Jaipur. 3. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 25/07/2025 1. Petitioner assailed his transfer order dated 18.07.2024 by way of filing Appeal No.3137/2024 which came to be decided with liberty to submit a representation, that too on the concession of learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant, vide order dated 24.10.2024. [2025:RJ-JP:27954] (2 of 2) [CW-11150/2025] 3. The representation submitted by the petitioner in view of such liberty has been rejected vide order dated 26.05.2025, whereagainst petitioner again preferred appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, which has been dismissed vide order dated 04.07.2025 whereagainst the instant writ petition has been filed. 4. This Court is surprised that the petitioner having been posted on the post of Block Chief Health Medical Officer, has not joined duties at district Balotra, pursuant to the transfer order dated 18.07.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that petitioner is on Medical Leave. Such practice of petitioner at the rank of Block Chief Health Medical Officer is highly deprecated. Further, the practice of petitioner to file appeal after appeal, impugning his transfer order, is also uncalled for. 5. However, learned counsel for the petitioner, having instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. 6. Permission is granted. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Department to ensure that petitioner should immediately join to his transferred place of posting at Balotra. (SUDESH BANSAL),J TN/8
