JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 23/07/2025 Upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court has noted that present petition is filed at a belated stage as the impugned FIR is lodged on 05.09.2023 whereas present petition is filed in the year 2025, that cross FIRs are lodged qua the alleged incidence which has occurred on account of physical altercation inter-se the parties, that the petitioner is unable to provide reasonable grounds/ justification as to why impugned FIR should be quashed. Taking note of the aforementioned, this Court is of the opinion that disputed questions of facts are involved in the instant matter, thus finds no reason to interfere with the present petition.
