Chaman Lal, who superannuated on 28.02.2022 at the age of 58 years from the respondents-Irrigation & Public Health Department. Petitioner seeks applicability of decision rendered in Sunder Singh Vs. State of H.P. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 & Ors.2, Balo Devi & others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others3 and Baldev Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors4 for the benefit of her late husband for earning pension/family pension. It seems from the record that the petitioner has not preferred any representation to the employer for the redressal of her grievances. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation for redressal of her grievances within two weeks, which shall be decided by the respondents/competent authority in accordance with law, keeping in view the aforesaid decisions as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks.
