Issue notice. Learned counsel named above accept notice on behalf of their respective respondents. 2. The petitioners were all employees of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited [“PGCIL”], and executed service bonds of various amounts up to Rs. 5,90,000/- , undertaking to serve for four years in PGCIL. 3. They have since left the service of PGCIL, and joined other Government/Public Sector Undertakings. It is their contention that they are entitled to refund of the full bond amount in accordance with various Office Memoranda issued by Department of Personnel and Training. 4. The petitioners have made representations to PGCIL between 28.04.2025 and 30.05.2025. 5. At this stage, I am of the view that the appropriate course is to direct PGCIL to dispose of the representations within a period of six weeks from today.
