It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner falls under Sub Clause 2 of Clause (क) of Government Order dated 03.01.2025 which reads as follows:- (क) शशिकक्षाशमितत्रों कके स्थक्षानक्षान्तरण/समिक्षाययोजन कके सम्बन्ध मिम- 2- शविविक्षाशहित मिशहिलक्षा शशिकक्षाशमितत्रों कयो अपनके वितरमिक्षान मिम कक्षायररत शविदक्षालय मिम ततैनक्षात रहिनके अथविक्षा मिमूल शविदक्षालय अथविक्षा उससी यक्षा अन्य जनपद मिम पशत कके घर (पशत कके शनविक्षास प्रमिक्षाण पत कके आधक्षार पर) ककी गक्षामिसभक्षा / गक्षामि पपंचक्षायत/विक्षारर मिम सस्थत पररषदसीय प्रक्षाथशमिक शविदक्षालय मिम ररक शशिकक्षाशमित पद कके प्रशत पदक्षास्थक्षाशपत शकयके जक्षानके कक्षा शविकल्प शदयक्षा सकके गक्षा। 2. In this view of the matter, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the case of the petitioner falls within the aforesaid clause, the respondents be directed to take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record, it is clear that pursuant to the aforesaid Government Order, at no point of time any representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the respondents. 4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that before approaching this Court, the petitioner should submit an Online Application as per Clause (छ) of the aforesaid Government Order. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit Online Application as per Clause (छ) of the aforesaid Government Order fulfilling all the requirements within a period of two weeks from today. In case, the petitioner do so, the concerned authority is directed to take a decision in the matter expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.
