The petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 4 and the de facto complainant appeared before this Court along with their respective counsel. 5. The matter was sent for mediation, and it is settled. The de facto complainant wants to join her husband in the matrimonial house. The mediation award is passed in terms of the mediation. 6. In that view, this Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in FIR No. 237 of 2025, on the file of Bhavanipuram Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
