Challenge in the present petition and prayer is to set aside and declare the notification dated 08.01.2025 as illegal. 2. We have carefully considered the submissions advanced by the parties. The notification dated 08.01.2025 has been issued by exercising powers under Section 3(1)(a)(i) of the Municipality Act, 2009, and under Article 329(8)(b) of the said Act. The further submissions made in the writ petition pertains to the inclusion of certain villages within the municipalities. However, we are of the view that this Court cannot substitute its own decision regarding the inclusion or exclusion of any village or area within the municipal limits. 4.
