Heard Sri B.Uzwal,
learned counsel representing Sri V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner in an extent of
Ac.0.01½ cents situated in S.No.71/1 of Y.B.Patnam village, Nathavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District, without issuing any notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was assigned an extent of Ac.0.01½ cents of house site by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nathavaram, under Ex.P2 patta. He would submit that when the petitioner is making construction, the 3rd respondent visited the site on 24.06.2025 and orally directed to stop the construction.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of an oral complaint from third parties, an enquiry was conducted. The 3rd respondent is not interfering with the petitioner’s construction activity. The said submission is placed on record.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner in respect of Ac.0.01½ cents situated in S.No.71/1 of Y.B.Patnam village, Nathavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District, without following due process of law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
