Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 and 3 in interfering with the house property of the petitioners is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the property of petitioner covered by D. Heard Ms.S.Priyanka, learned counsel representing Sri V.V.Satish,
learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3. Notice in respect of the 4th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting his rights or interests.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 3rd respondent-Tahsidlar, without issuing any notice, is interfering with the petitioners’ possession over the house property bearing D.No.1-80 admeasuring 250 Sq.yards in Sy.No.158/1, Parakondapadu Village, Gudluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Learned counsel further submits that the

petitioners got the aforementioned property by way of a registered settlement deed dated 26.03.2024.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted the instructions of the Tahsildar, Gudlur Mandal vide Rc.DT/335/2025, dated
15.07.2025. Learned AGP would submit that the 3rd respondent is not interfering with the petitioners’ possession over the subject property.
The instructions of the Tahsildar are made part of the record.
4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar not to interfere with the petitioners’ house property bearing D.No.1-80 admeasuring 250 Sq.yards in Sy.No.158/1, Parakondapadu Village, Dudluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without following due process. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
