The counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the matter has been referred for mediation and in the mediation proceeding, the parties have settled the dispute amicably under the following terms and conditions:- “1. That the payment of the amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only per month as directed vide order dated 14.11.2024 by the Ld. Family Court, Thoubal, to be effective from 14.11.2024 instead of date of application from 11.01.2024. That the petitioner (Thokchom Rabi) has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 63,000/- being arrear maintenance amount (w.e.f. 14.11.2025 tο 13.08.2025) to the respondent on or before 31.10.2025. “3. That a total amount of Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees twelve thousand) only per month shall be paid by the petitioner (Thokchom Rabi towards maintenance of his child, Respondent No. 2 every month commencing from 14.08.2025 which is to be transmitted to the account of Thokchom Shilpa Chanu, in her account being No. 37280328720, SBI, Thoubal Branch, (IFSC: SBIN0004461) from the monthly salary of the petitioner.” [2] The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the present appeal can be disposed of as the parties have settled the dispute under the terms and conditions quoted above.
