This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the Petitioner praying for directing Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore (O.P. No.2) to upload Plot No.761/4223 under Khata No.368/1888 in Mouza Angargadia of Balasore Tahasil under Town Thana, Balasore in the Bhulekh Website of the Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil. 2. It is the case of the Petitioner that, R.o.R. vide Khata No.368/1888 contains two plots vide Plot Nos.731/4222 and 761/4223, but, though Plot No.731/4222 has been uploaded in the Bhulekh Website of the Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil, Plot No.761/4223 has not been uploaded in the Bhulekh Website of the Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil as yet. 3. Heard from the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned ASC for the State. 4. It has been notified by the Govt. of Odisha, Revenue and disaster Management Department vide Notification No.IMU- 22/11-8312/R&DM dated 20.02.2011, that, “the Tahasildars shall upload all the plots in their respective revenue jurisdiction in the Bhulekh Website/Software of their respective Tahasils”. 5. When, as per Annexure-3, plot No.761/4223 under Khata No.368/1888 of Mouza Angargadia, which stands in the name of WP(C) No.11286 of 2025 p. 3 the Petitioner has not been uploaded in the Bhulekh Website of the Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil by the Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore i.e. O.P. No.2 till yet, then at this juncture, there is no impediment under law to direct the Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore (O.P. No.2) for uploading Plot No. 761/4223 under Khata No.368/1888 of Angargadia Mouza in Bhulekh Website of Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil. 6. Therefore, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is allowed. 7. The Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore (O.P. No.2) is directed to upload Plot No.761/4223 under Khata No.368/1888 of Mouza Angargadia in the Bhulekh Website of Balasore, Sadar, Tahasil, within three days from the date of communication of this judgment to Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore (O.P. No.2). 8. Registry is directed to communicate the copy of this Judgment immediately to The Tahasildar, Sadar, Balasore (O.P. No.2). 9. As such, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
