The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint (P.C.R.) Case No.2175 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Section 323 and 498A of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of complainant and the case has been registered under Section 498A and another Section of IPC. He further submits that false allegations are made against 2025:JHHC:28488 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5427 of 2025 the petitioner and the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all dignity. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the case is arising out of the complaint case and he also admit the fact that the petitioner happened to be the husband. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner happened to be the husband and he is ready to keep his wife with all dignity and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
