Heard Mr. G.K Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. By this application, the petitioners have prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Tamarhat Police Station Case No. 69/2025 registered under Sections 189(2)/329(3)/296/117(2)/118(2)/351(3) of the BNS, 2023 corresponding to GR No. 1029/2025. 3. The FIR dated 05.07.2025 lodged by the victim reveals that on 05.07.2025 owing to the quarrel relating to the boundary, the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the victim and her family members with sharp weapons and had Page No.# 3/3 caused injury. 4. It is submitted that the quarrel arose out of some boundary dispute between families and that all the persons are relatives. 5. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 26.08.2025. 6. Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the case has been charge-sheeted upon completion of investigation. 7. In view of the same, the interim bail vide order dated26.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that : (i)The petitioners shall be available for trial.
