Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. N. Bordoloi, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department and Mr. H. Sarmah, the learned counsel appears on Page No.# 3/4 behalf of the District Administration. 2. The petitioner herein has approached this Court seeking directions upon the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4 to consider the representation dated 05.09.2024 and to carry out demarcation of the subject land of the petitioner in a time-bound manner. It is seen that in pursuance to the notice being issued by this Court on 28.02.2025 and the orders passed on 23.05.2025 and 18.07.2025, demarcation was carried out by the Land Revenue Authorities in respect to Dag Nos.403, 431, 432, 436, 435, 433, 399, and 434 of KP Patta Nos.147, 11, 122, 95, 107, 125, 143 and 94 belonging to village Bhatkuchi under Panduri Mouza of Rangia Revenue Circle. 3. Mr. H. Sarmah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 6 has placed before this Court the revised report in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2025 wherein details have been given pertaining to the demarcation carried out on 08.09.2025. It is also seen that along with the said communication, various other documents have been enclosed therein which are collectively kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4. Taking into account that the demarcation proceedings has already been carried out which was the relief sought for in the Page No.# 4/4 writ petition, nothing further remains in the instant proceedings. 5. The parties herein would be at liberty to take certified copies of the communication dated 22.10.2025 along with the enclosures thereto which are collectively kept on record and marked with the letter “X” from the Registry of this Court. 6.
