Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30114 of 2023 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
