Das, learned Addl. PP for the State of Assam. By this application the petitioner has prayed for bail in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Barpeta P.S Case No. 151 of 2025 registered under Section 61(2)/319(2)/318(4)/338/336/340(1) of the BNS, 2023. The F.I.R dated 22.04.2025 reveals that the petitioner has been operating as fake dentist in Life Medical Clinic at Howly, and the prayer was made to verify the educational credentials of the petitioner and his professional license. Mr. A.K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has all the valid documents showing that he is a dentist by profession. He has also submitted that the brother of the petitioner submitted the RTI reply regarding the authenticity of the educational documents of the petitioner. It is also seen that the petitioner was released on interim bail, with the further condition that he shall fully cooperate with the investigation and in compliance of the same the petitioner had appeared before the said investigating officer and he got his statement recorded on 30.07.2025. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been cooperating with the investigation, this Court finds it fit that the Order dated 18.08.2025 by which the petitioner is released on interim bail may be made absolute with the further condition that the petitioner would comply with conditions mentioned in the said order.
