The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide Complaint Case No. NCR/144/11/124832/2024 (Yatendra Kumar Sharma and another Vs. AVP Buildtech (P) Ltd.) expeditiously. The complaint was filed by the petitioner under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. 2. Sri Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, on basis of instructions, states that on 06.01.2025 the Authority had fixed 27.05.2025. Subsequently, on an application filed by the petitioner for expeditious hearing, the date has been preponed to 08.04.2025. 3. In view of the fact that the Authority has already fixed date for hearing, we are of the opinion that no further direction is required to be issued. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
