JUDGMENT:
On the representation made by Smt. Tarlada Jyothsna Devi, learned counsel, representing learned counsel for the appellants that they could not be able to contact the appellants, this Court ordered notice to the appellants. Notice that was sent to the appellant No.2 returned with an endorsement that addressee expired. Notice that was sent to the appellant Nos.5 and 6 was served.
2. It seems that appellant Nos.5 and 6 have not given any instructions to the learned counsel for the appellants and it also seems that they have no interest to prosecute the appeal.
3. In this view, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appeal may be dismissed for default.
4. Considering the submissions made, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
