Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ and quash the impugned order dated 17.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) passed by the District Education Officer, Korba (C.G.), in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ and direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/4) of the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, while promoting from the post of Assistant Teacher (L.B.) to post of Head Master, Primary School, and he has been posted in different block from present place of posting. He submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before respondent No. 5 and respondent No. 5 be directed to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within 3 specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off permitting petitioner to submit representation before respondent No 5.
