Heard Sri. A. Ravishankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Sri. Manjunath K., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri. S. Sriranga, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of Smt. Sumana Naganand, appearing for respondent No.5. 3. Sri. A. Ravishankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 13th January, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11258 of 2008, which came to be confirmed in Writ Appeal No.565 of 2016 decided on 18th November, 2019 and submitted that the respondent-Authorities have not complied with the direction issued by this Court, despite receipt of legal notice/representation from the petitioner. Accordingly, he sought for interference of this Court. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful examination of finding recorded by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition and Writ Appeal, I am of the view that, there is no impediment for the respondent-Authorities to consider the claim made by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23136 WP NO.12217 OF 2023 respondents 1 to 4 are hereby directed to consider the claim made by the petitioner in the legal notice/representation dated 15th March, 2023 (Annexure-D) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
