Heard Mr. B. Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. C.K.S. Baruah, the learned CGC appears on behalf of the respondents.
2. Mr. B. Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to withdraw the instant writ petition and re-file the same before the Delhi High Court.
3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.
4. The withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not prejudice the petitioner to file appropriate writ petition before the competent High Court of jurisdiction.
