Counsel for the Petitioners: SRI K JOSEPH Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4: GP FOR REVENUE Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6; SRI S.V.S.S.SIVARAM SC For VMC The Court made the following order: ;*■ THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20999 of 2025 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s; ....pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus against Respondent No.2 to 6 for their inaction in conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries for the subject properties of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and against the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act, and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to 6 to act upon the representation dated 08/29.07.2024 by surveying and fixing the boundaries to the writ subject properties and pass such other orders 2. Precisely, the case of the petitioners is that they had made representations to the authorities for conducting of survey and the same was not disposed of. 3. The State counsel would submit that there is a procedure contemplated under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act to conduct survey and the petitioners have to file F-Line application through mee-seva. 2 Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition 3. is disposed of directing the petitioners herein to file F-Line application to conduct survey. On filing such application, the respondents are directed to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
