Nawaz, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Page No.# 2/3 Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. 2. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Ramjan Ali @ Ramjan Choudhury, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Hojai P.S. Case No. 294/2025 under Section 318(4)/196/132 of BNS, 2023. 3. The FIR dated 20.09.2025 in a nutshell is that the accused persons though Muslims also practice Hindu rituals and thereby, make money by cheating and in that offended religious sentiments of some communities. It is also an allegation of obstructing some persons from administration. 4. The petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 29.10.2025, where after, he is stated to have appeared and his statement has been recorded. 5. Mr. Nawaz, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is completed resulting in a charge-sheet, whereupon PRC Case No.2120/2025 has been registered. 6. It is also submitted that the next date for appearance is fixed on 22.04.2026. However, the case diary is not received. 7. Considering the definite information along with PRC case number submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon, about completion of investigation, I do not deem it necessary to keep this bail application pending. 8. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the aforesaid petitioners vide order dated 29.10.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject, of course, to the following conditions:- Page No.# 3/3 (i) he shall be available for trial, if one commences, (ii) he shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. (iii) he shall not commit any illegal activities. 9. Violation of any bail condition will entail cancellation of the bail. 10.
