The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioners in the Combined Tentative Seniority list dated 02.01.2023 of the Youth Officers/Supdt.(P)/Coaches of the Director of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur. [2] It has also been submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the authorities have issued a notification dated 08.10.2025 wherein, the name of the petitioners have been included at serial No. 24, 25 & 26 and as such, the relief sought for by the petitioners has already been granted by the State Government.
