The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of Respondents in not paying part pending bills to the petitioner for the work construction of CC Road to Nooti Sandu in 5th Division though the Agreement No.249/2018-2019, dated 17.09.2018 for an amount of Rs.5,97,272/-, executed under Measurement Book. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner. 4. Recording the same, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required on merits. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
