The order at Annexure-'F' dated 06.04.2022 is the order passed under Section 248(3) of the Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 ('BBMP Act' for short). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - BBMP submits that the proceedings under Section 248 had been initiated on the premise that there was no plan for the said premises. However, it is pointed out that learned counsel appearing for private respondents has filed a memo and enclosed copy of the sanction plan. Accordingly, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent BBMP in light of oversight of respondent - BBMP that the proceedings under Section 248 of BBMP Act were initiated, but the question of proceeding further to enforce the order passed under Section 248 would not - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:18052 WP No. 12833 of 2022 arise in light of the plan produced. Accordingly, it is submitted that the matter may be disposed off. 3. Taking note of the stand of learned counsel appearing for respondent BBMP and the plan enclosed alongwith the memo filed, the petition is disposed off as not calling for any adjudication.
