Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to his instructions, the revision petitioner is no more. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor filed a letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhattiprolu Police Station, wherein it is referred that the petitioner/accused No.13 died due to financial problems by consuming pesticide poison at about 6 years back in GGH Guntur on 12.07.2019. 4. Accordingly, recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
