As these bail applications have been filed pertaining to the same FIR, they are being heard and decided by the instant common order. 2. These bail applications have been filed by the accused- applicants under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023 in the matter arising out of FIR No.9/2025, registered at Police Station [2025:RJ-JP:28366] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9278/2025] Madanganj, District Ajmer for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2) and 303(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that the accused-applicants have falsely been implicated in this matter. Learned counsel also submits that the charge-sheet against the accused-applicants has been filed for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 110, 190 & 191(2) of B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel argues that the injured persons namely Aakash and Manish have compounded the offences with the present accused-applicants and a compromise deed has already been submitted before the learned trial Court on 27.06.2025, therefore, on the basis of compromise between the parties, the present accused-applicants be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants contends that the injured persons namely Aakash and Manish have suffered simple injuries and none of these injuries is dangerous to life. Learned counsel prays that the present accused-applicants were arrested on 03.06.2025 and since then, they are behind the bars and trial will take long time to conclude. Learned counsel also argues that the other co-accused persons namely Prakash and Ramsawroop have already been granted benefit of bail vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.6323/2025 and case of the present accused- applicants is not different from the co-accused persons, who have already been enlarged on bail. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State vehemently oppose these bail applications. [2025:RJ-JP:28366] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9278/2025] 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the injured persons admits the factum of the compromise arrived at between the parties and submits that the injured persons have no objection if the accused-applicants are enlarged on bail. 7. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 8. Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case; looking to the period of custody of the accused-applicants; the fact that the parties have entered into compromise; the fact that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature; charge-sheet has been filed and trial will take long time to conclude, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-applicants on bail. 9. Consequently, these bail applications filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 are allowed. It is ordered that accused- applicants namely (1) Shubham @ Nanu S/o Shri Gangasingh & (2) Sandeep Manttu S/o Shri Deepak Manttu, arrested in connection with FIR No.9/2025, registered at Police Station Madanganj, District Ajmer shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two solvent attested sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
