GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The Court made the following Order: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed the work as per Agreement No.3/2022-2023, dated 25.04.2022 entrusted by the 5th respondent and also submitted the final bills after having obtained the work completion certificate from the competent authority. It is submitted that the payments due payable to the petitioner were also uploaded in the CFMS Portal on 25.03.2024. However, no amounts have been forth coming from the 5th respondent. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that now the payments are routed through NIDHI Portal, and that the 4th respondent has issued written instructions to the Standing Counsel that the bill will be processed in NIDHI Portal within a period of thirty (30) days. 3. Recording the submissions, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
