Venkateswarlu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction from this Court to the District Revenue Officer (Respondent No.3) to dispose of the Appeal filed by the Writ Petitioner herein bearing Rc.No.B/2551/2024 (Ex.P.1). 3. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Atmakur dated 06.01.2025, which, in any case, is not of any avail inasmuch as the rightful Authority to have furnished would be the District Revenue Officer. Copy of this Written Instruction is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the District Revenue Officer (Respondent No.3) to consider and dispose of the Appeal (mentioned supra) on merits andin accordance with law and pass a Speaking Order within a period of 15 weeks from today and convey a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the parties including the Writ Petitioner, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before issuing the final order. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to Respondent No.3 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 3 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 8.
