Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the mother and married sister of Accused No.1, and there are no specific allegations attributed against them. As the matter is at the crime stage, the petition may be disposed of by directing the police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners, but investigation shall go on.
