The present Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.113 of 2025 on the file of Patamata Police Station, NTR Commissionarate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(2) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, 3 Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 and consequently direct the concerned Police to return the property seized in connection with the Crime. 3. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter is squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch, dated 27.08.2018, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in this petition also. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State does not refute the said submission. 5. Considering the submissions made, this Criminal Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common order passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch, dated 27.08.2018. 6.
