Matter comes up on Misc. Application No. 239/2024 seeking correction of the name of the petitioner in the order dated 23.04.2021 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5007/2021. 2. Counsel submits that as per the educational documents, the correct name of the petitioner is ‘Shaitan Meena’ but due to [2025:RJ-JP:9319] (2 of 2) [WMAP-239/2024] typographical mistake, his name be typed as ‘Shaitan Singh Meena’ at the time of filing of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5007/2021. Counsel submits that the name of the petitioner may kindly be corrected in the order dated 23.04.2021. 3. Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. 4. Name of the petitioner be read as ‘Shaitan Meena’ in place of ‘Shaitan Singh Meena’ in the order dated 23.04.2021. 5.
