Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed the instant petition agitating that direction may be issued to the 3 respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings and decide the pending appeal No. 202304280500087/2803/Apl/2023-2024. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed on the ground that he ought to have filed appropriate application before the SDO (Revenue). 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the matter is pending before the Revenue authority and therefore he may agitate the same before the concerned authority by filing appropriate application. Thus, the petition in its present form, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
