GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in opening and continuing the rowdy sheet No.47 C NO 25/SDPOA/20211 on the file of 5TH respondent Police Station against the petitioneras highly illegal arbitrary in violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5to forthwith close the rowdy sheet No 47 c No 25/SDPOA/20211 on the file of 5TH respondent Police Station” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no cases are pending against the petitioner. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, rowdy sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against him. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Rowdy Sheet No.47 vide proceedings in C.No.25/SDPO-A/20211 on the file of Mummidivaram Police Station, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District, against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
