The learned Advocate for the petitioners tenders across the bar an e-mail dated 19.04.2025, which is the communication from the khs/May 2025/10257 2025:BHC-AUG:13869 - 2 - petitioners addressed to their Advocate. The learned Advocate for the petitioners as well as respondents submits that the parties have compromised the matter out of Court and the respondent/employee desires to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by the petitioners. The respondents have also filed a separate affidavit dated 08.12.2024 mentioning therein that upon withdrawal of the amount, the dispute between the petitioners and respondents stands redressed. 2. The petitioners have deposited 50% claim amount in this Court and submits that if this amount with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn by way of full and final settlement of the claim, the petitions can be disposed of. 3. In view of this, the writ petitions are disposed of in view of the compromise. The respondents are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest. ( PRAFULLA S.
