Following order was passed in this matter on 16.12.2025:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions from the Executive Engineer, B & R Division, H.P.P.W.D, Jubbal. In terms of office instructions, pension and gratuity amounting to 54,822/- has been ₹54,822/- has been revised by the office of Accountant General vide letter dated 30.09.2024, out of which, 20% of the amount i.e. 10,964/- ₹54,822/- has been was paid to the petitioner on 23.10.2024. Remaining amount was sent to the Treasury for payment but it was returned back with certain objections. The office instructions conveyed that Treasury’s objections are not in consonance with law and that Administrative Department will take up the matter with the concerned Treasury and amount shall be disbursed to the account of the petitioner. Learned Deputy Advocate General prays for taking up the matter after two weeks to ensure the payment of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 remaining amount due to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
