Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 14.02.2020 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-A to A4 in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
