THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 16354 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in issuing e.Procurement Tender by imposing onorous conditions at Serial Numbers 21 and 30 in respect of Tender I.D.No.187887, Tender I.D.No.187892, Tender I.D.No.187896 and Tender I.D.No.187899 as wholly arbitrary, unjustified and violative of Article 14 and 19 (1)(g) of Constitution of India and consequently exempt the petitioners from conditions at Serial No.21 and 30 of general terms and conditions of Tender I.D.No.187887, Tender I.D.No.187892, Tender I.D.No.187896 and Tender I.D.No.187899 dt 22.04.2018 and pass such other orders....”
2. The respondent No.2 issued Tender Notification for supply of Man Power to Kadapa Municipal Corporation by way of e-procurement tenders for a period of 12 months. In view of passage of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
