Petitioner herein, who at present is working as JBT on contract basis at Government Primary School, Sanog (Sangrah), has approached this Court in the instant proceedings, seeking direction to the respondents to consider and decide her pending representation dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-5), whereby she has prayed for her transfer from afore station to one of the stations of her choice as detailed in the representation. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2

It emerges from the pleadings adduced on record by the petitioner that she has been working at present place of posting since 30.08.2024, meaning thereby she has not completed her normal tenure of posting at present place of posting, but since on account of some rivalry interse petitioner as well as Ex.-President of SMC, petitioner is finding it difficult to continue in that school, she has filed representation to the competent authority for her transfer from afore station to other station. 3. Having regard to the nature of prayer and order proposed to be passed, this Court sees no necessity to call for reply on behalf of the respondents, who are otherwise represented by Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General. Learned Deputy Advocate General states bare perusal of the documents adduced on record by the petitioner, clearly reveals that Sh. Bablu Chauhan, Ex. President of SMC, filed some complaint against the petitioner herein alleging therein that she does not come to school well in time, as a result thereof, studies of the students suffering. On account of aforesaid complaint, there is tension interse petitioner and above named person, who is local resident of area, petitioner with a view to avoid tension as well as quarrel, if any, has filed representation to the competent authority for her transfer. 3

Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant
order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate order, taking note of transfer policy, which enables an employee to seek transfer on the ground of adverse circumstances. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
