The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents 4 and 5 are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of petitioners’ properties of an 3 extent of Ac.0-40 cents in D.No.68/1, West Block No.17, Maraproluvaripalem Village, Bapatla Mandal and District, without issuing any notice is illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are absolute owners of Ac.0-40 cents in D.No.68/1, West Block No.17, Maraproluvaripalem Village, Bapatla Mandal and District. The staff of the 4th respondent came to the schedule property on 08.07.2025 and 10.07.2025 and tried to dispossess the petitioners without issuing any notice. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions would submit that neither the 4th respondent nor the 5th respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioners. The submission of learned AGP is recorded. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the petitioners’ possession and enjoyment over Ac.0-40 cents in D.No.68/1, West Block No.17, Maraproluvaripalem Village, Bapatla Mandal and District, without following due process. No order as to costs.
