JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 18.08.2025 It is stated that the judgment of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Store-Keeper. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that certain employees junior to the petitioner have been granted further promotions, which are being denied by the respondents. Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Director, Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation, Jammu, submits that the petitioner has already been granted the benefit in terms of the judgment, and no employee junior to him has been extended any such benefit. In view of the above, the proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed. However, if the petitioner still has any subsisting grievance, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
