This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by Page No.# 2/2 the accused-applicant, namely, Nur Uddin, praying for bail in connection with Panbazar P.S. Case No. 308/2025 under Sections 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act. 3. The gist of the allegation as alleged in the FIR dated 08.10.2025 is that on receipt of certain information, the Police apprehended two persons including the accused – applicant and narcotic contraband of heroin of 11.54 grams including the plastic pouch was recovered from the possession of the accused – applicant. Accordingly, O/C of the Police Station, has registered a case being Panbazar P.S. Case No. 308/2025 under Sections 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act against the accused – applicant. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide C.S. No. 270/2025 dated 28.11.2025. 5. In view of the filing of the Charge-Sheet, the learned counsel appearing for the accused – applicant submits that the accused – applicant should be given liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the aforesaid, this bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused – applicant to approach the learned Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
