direct the respondents not to interfere and dispossess the petitioner from her property without following due process of law. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is the owner of the house bearing D. No. 1-444/3 situated i that the Sy.No.96-1B of an extent of Ac.0.06 cents in Pandirimamidi Village within Rampa Grama Panchayat of Rampachodavaram Alluri Sitha Rama Raju District, which Mandal, was in the name of her husband Mr.Kadabala Pandureddy, and the Gram Panchyat sanctioned permission for construction of building, but the respondent Nos.5 & 6 are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject house without following due process of law. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits, based on the instructions dated 08.07.2025 received from the Tahsildar, Rampachodavaram, that the petitioner has not been disturbed by the respondent authorities. He further categorically submitted that, in the event any action becomes necessary or if any petition is filed, the respondent authorities will strictly adhere to the due process of law. 5.
Placing the submission on record, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent-authoritiesnot to interfere with the petitioner’s peaceful the
