JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 30.10.2025 Heard Mr. A. B. Dey, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company. 2. It is submitted that vide order dated 30.07.2025, passed by this Court in I.A.(C) Case No. 1998/2025, the present respondent/Insurance Company was directed to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance with the said order, the respondent/Insurance Company has deposited 50% (Rs. 5,87,800/-) of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. 3. By filing this application, the applicants/claimants pray for release of the deposited amount of Rs. 5,87,800/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty-seven thousand eight hundred only), being 50% of the total awarded amount of Rs. 11,75,600/- (Rupees eleven lakhs seventy-five thousand six hundred only), in favour of the applicant Nos. 1, 2, and 3/claimants. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company has raised no objection. Accordingly, the prayer stands allowed. 5. The Registry is hereby directed to release the deposited amount of Rs. 5,87,800/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty-seven thousand eight hundred only) to applicant Nos. 1, 2, and 3/claimants, namely:1. Smti. Swapna Paul @ Swapna Rani Paul @ Swapna Rani Das @ Rina Paul; 2. Sri Subrajit Paul; and 3. Sri Biltu Paul, on furnishing an indemnity bond, after proper verification and Page No.# 3/3 identification by their learned counsel. 6.
