[2025:RJ-JP:33459] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 11277/2025 1. Ramdayal Saini S/o Jagram Mali, Aged About 34 Years, R/o Vpo Bas Torda, Tehsil Bonli, District Sawaimadhopur, Rajasthan. 2. Sher Singh Gurjar S/o Ramniwas Gurjar, Aged About 32 Years, R/o Village Sumel Khurd, Post Khuntla, Tehsil Bandikui, District Dausa, Rajasthan. 3. Manoj Kumar Gurjar S/o Ghanshyam Gurjar, Aged About 31 Years, R/o Vpo Kableshwar, Tehsil Sainthal, District Dausa, Rajasthan. ----Petitioners Versus 1. The State Of Rajasthan, Through Its Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Govt. Of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur. 2. The Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ram Pratap Saini For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 25/08/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were holding the post of Teacher Grade-III, Level-I. The respondent-Department issued advertisement dated 11.07.2024 in view of Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for appointment of Personnel in English Medium Schools) Rules, 2023 and invited applications from all the eligible candidates. Grievance of the petitioners is that on participation in the process although they secured higher [2025:RJ-JP:33459] (2 of 2) [CW-11277/2025] marks, yet, they have not been given posting in their home districts, whereas, the persons, who have secured much lesser marks than the petitioners, have been posted in their home districts at their request. 2. Perusal of contents of the writ petition would reveal that the petitioners themselves have admitted that they had given first preference as Jaipur and postings have also been given to them in Jaipur. Hence, no error or fault can be found in the action of the respondent. Even otherwise, the prayer made by the petitioner for seeking direction to post them at Sawai Madhopur does not match with the representation submitted by them enclosed as Annex.-6. 3. In the light of above observations, no case for interference is made out. The writ petition filed by the petitioners is hereby dismissed. 4. Stay application also stands dismissed.
