JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 07-05-2025 At the outset, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, points out that the petitioner (Abdul Majid) has also filed yet another petition (CCP(D) 15/2025) arising out of the same order dated 21.08.2022 passed in LPA No. 85/2021. Accordingly, he submits that two separate petitions by the petitioner centered upon the same cause of action, claiming the same relief, cannot be permitted to continue simultaneously. However, despite the matter being called twice, none appears for the petitioner. Therefore, the Court is choiceless but to close the proceedings in the present petition.
