Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid ABA age and father’s name of petitioner No.7 has been wrongly typed as 34 years and S/o Kishun Hansda respectively in place of 52 years and S/o Late Masi Tudu respectively. He submits that has occurred inadvertently and thus, it has been typed in the order and in view of that the said order may kindly be modified. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no serious objection. 4. In view of the above and considering that due to mistake of the petitioner that has occurred inadvertently and in the interest of justice let the age and father’s name of petitioner No.7 namely Ramu @ Ramu Tudu be read as 52 years and S/o Late Masi Tudu in place of 34 years and S/o Kishun Hansda respectively. 5. The order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.4461 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 2025:JHHC:27789 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 2608 of 2025 6. It transpires that in the aforesaid ABA direction has been issued to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks. 7. In view of the above, the surrender time is further extended to two weeks from today. Rest of the orders are kept intact. 8. This Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed and disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
